Chancie Hanson signs a tender with the Bears after a very successful camp in which he was one of the top performers. Hanson, an Alaska native, played last season for the National Champion North Iowa Bulls of the NA3HL.
"Hanson was a nice surprise as we hadn't seen much of him recently. For him to show up to camp and go thru the process as a 20 year old, it's a testament to his character and his desire to a part of our club" Coach David said. "He is a smooth skating defenseman with the priceless experience of going all the way last year. We look forward to Chancie competing to earn a spot on our game day roster in the Fall" David added.
