Bears MVP Jackstadt drafted in the USHL

Alex Jackstadt became just the first rookie to be awarded Bears Rookie of the year and MVP for his efforts during the 2012-13 season. During his rookie campaign, Austin Severson was awarded Rookie of the year and Co-MVP (along with Brett Lubanski) for his efforts during the 2011-12 season.  Jackstadt was our most consistent point-getter, amassing 39 total points, 9 of which were game-winning goals (1st in the NAHL).

The Fargo Force saw all they needed to and drafted Jackstadt in the 23rd Rd, 343rd overall.  The Bears want to wish Alex a successful summer of training, and look forward to following him throughout his hockey career.
