Brown Bears Are Perfect At Showcase
For the first time in franchise history the Kenai River Brown Bears went undefeated in the North American Hockey League Showcase, which was held this week at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota. The Bears finished the week with a perfect 4-0 record, defeating the Lone Star Brahmas, Janesville Jets, Amarillo Bulls, and Brookings Blizzard.
The Bears will remain in Minnesota this week where they will prepare for their upcoming weekend series against the Minnesota Magicians. Puck drop for the games will be at 7:05 CST. on Saturday and again at 5:00 CST. on Sunday.
