SOLDOTNA, AK – The Brown Bears toured the University of Minnesota today in Minneapolis, Minnesota and watched the Gophers practice. The highlight of the tour was at Mariucci Arena and a walk through of the Gophers’ looker room and team facilities. “It was awesome. Their locker room and team facilities are amazing. It was great to see what a school like that can offer their players,” said forward Evan Butcher.
The Bears also got to sit in on a Gophers’ practice. “It was fun to watch them practice and see where hard work can get you.” said defenseman Shayne Monahan.
