Brown Bears Route Robertson Cup Champs
The Kenai River Brown Bears move to 3-0 in the NAHL showcase with a decisive 4-1 victory over the defending Robertson Cup Champion Amarillo Bulls. The Bears were led by rookie netminder Zach Quinn who turned away 28 of Amarillo's 29 shots on goal, while Sebastian Fuchs, Jacob Davidson, Sam Bratten and Zack Zulkanycz each contributed with a goal.
The Brown Bears look to extend their undefeated streak to 4 games on Saturday, as they take on the Brookings Blizzard at 7:00 CST.
