ADDENDUM: To follow Markuss and Emils as they participate in World Juniors Division IA being held in Courchevel/ Meribel France
First games are December 10th
Thursday is here Brown bear fans! This week we highlight our guys #11 Emils Ezitis, and #2 Markuss Komuls. The team has left the Peninsula for their extended road trip, not returning to Kenai until the first week in January, and with them away from Home it’s going to be a long month! They’re starting in Fairbanks with a three game series and Emils and Markuss will not be traveling with the team. We will miss their presence on the ice but they have committed to their home Country Latvia to play in the World Juniors! We are currently awaiting location and link information so that you can follow Markuss and Emils as they battle to bring Latvia back to the front of the World Juniors stage! As soon as this information is gathered it will be added onto this post so hang tight Folks and in the meantime learn a little more about Markuss and Emils to hold you over! We wish you the best guys and remember where ever you are playing, Latvia may be your Home Country, but you are a part of Brown Bear Nation now! Skate fast, hit hard, we’ll be following, do us proud!
